Our involvement
Dreams and Beyond, has hosted, participated in and developed programs for educational institutions and girl-serving organizations for many years. The workshops and programs focus on the development of practical skills through discussions, activities and a review of resources.

Beyond Dreamland Initiatives
Celebrations of Crowns: Re-Imagining Womanhood – (April)
An annual conference that will salute women that are trailblazing new paths and drowning dark clouds with brilliant light by celebrating women for their courage, wisdom and care.
State of Grace (July)
An annual forum and fair designed to encourage women to create a profile of their lives and begin to define their personal brand for womanhood.
Women’s Cultural Exchange (March)
A panel discussion where rumors, myths and stereotypes are dispelled about women of different cultures.
Research
Dreams and Beyond is passionate about the history, current conditions and forecasts on the status of women near and far. Our work combines research and analysis from academic institutions, personal narratives, government, corporate, faith, opinion, and community leaders. We will provide you with facts from policies, practices and perspectives in ways that reflect the realities of women globally, so that your product or service has a strategic approach.
Innovative Communities
Business owners are invited to come together to join a collaborative, inclusive and committed community to share ideas and gain new insights. You will learn from experts, thought leaders and college students, and work in teams on real-world business problems. You will also be able to connect with other professional business networks through a robust range of groups and activities like conferences, and community activities focused on networking, social and environmental causes and more.
Advising
We want to help you realize your potential, uncover resource’s and grow your business! We will work with you in a number of ways including finding volunteers, identifying funding sources, connecting with internship programs, outreach and more. Come meet with us to explore the solutions we offer for your complex challenges and creative opportunities.
Dream Destinations
Beyond Dreamland provides a nexus for girls and women to discover their dreams and plan their future. The program tries to spark the imagination and inspiration of women globally to believe in their dreams. The workshops and programs focus on the development of practical skills through discussions, activities and a review of resources.
The Wild Formula Learning Network collects and distributes free new and gently used donated books for the purpose of introducing youth to global adventures. The program supports the increase in young readership by championing publications, promoting shared experiences and empowering ideas.
The Cultural Kitchen Club was launched in 2016. Different chefs introduce guests to a variety of foods, spices, oils, etc. from around the world. The intent of the program is to introduce home cooks to different foods and food preparation, healthy and flavorful meal ideas and explain the use of simple kitchen gadgets.
